RE

T: Can I reflect on the Miracle of Jesus Feeding 5000?

Today I would like you to think about the characters in the story and reflect on how they felt/thought about what happened and finally to think about how this Miracle reflects in our lives today.

1) Imagine you were the young boy with the loaves and fish.

What would you say to Jesus when you gave him the bread and fish?

What do you think Jesus would say to you?

2) Imagine you were one of the people collecting up the left over food.

How would you feel when you realised there was more than enough food for everyone?

3)Jesus calls us to care for others

How do people today care for people who have no food?

I have put a sheet for you to record on below, or you can write your refelctions in your book or on paper. Remember to write the lesson title and date.

I have also put the link to the video of the story below if you want to watch it again.

History

T: How is medical care different today from the past?

Today we are investigating things that are different and things which are the same between nurses and hospitals today and in the Victorian times (when Florence Nigtingale was a nurse).

Look at the ppt slides which tell you about your tasks.

I have put larger copies of the pictures on if you need them below.

There are also 2 recording sheets if you choose to use them.
