Poland Partnership

We are delighted to have established a link with an eco-school in Poland. They are called Szkola Podstawowa nr 118 and are situated in Wroclaw, Poland.

A number of teachers from Poland have visited our school and a number of our teachers have been fortunate enough to travel to Poland to experience teaching in a Polish school and to plan further work.

Pupils share work and projects with their Polish friends, with a particular focus on the theme of sustainable development. They also have pen pals who they frequently write to.

The link is now an integral part of our thematic curriculum and has raised the profile of the Polish children in our own school.
