Special Events - Remembrance Day

On 11th November 2009 we remembered all of the soldiers that have fought and died for our country. We held a two minutes silence as a whole school, and some pupils visited the cenotaph in Olbury with Mr Hinton.

Every class completed some special work for Remembrance Day such as writing prayers for those people who have died, or designing and making war memorials for them.

We ended the day with a special remembrance assembly including some poetry readings, prayers and songs.
