Special Events - Y4 Trip to the Oak House

On Tuesday 12 December Year 4 visited the Oak House Living History Museum in West Bromwich as part of their topic work on the Tudors this term. Our pupils were transported back in time, as they became either rich or poor Tudors for the day.

The poor Tudors acted as servants in the house, making pomanders out of oranges and jumbles out of dough.

The rich Tudors learnt to write with quill pens and how to make an inventory.

All pupils and staff thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
