Special Events - Eco Carnival Day
On Friday 27th March 2009 we celebrated an Eco Carnival day.
We spent time thinking about our world and its resources. We learnt about people's rights to fair pay and to the resources we need and we also explored our responsibilities to help others.
During the assembly pupils from each class performed a song or dance highlighting some of the issues faced by our world.
After all the dancing and singing there was a fare with a range of stalls around the school.
Finally a huge thank you to all te parents, families and friends as the event had fantastic support and couldn't have been done without them. All the money raised is going to be counted and put towards CAFOD.
